The reinforced honeycomb deck and lid construction provide support for heavy loads inside and allow for multiple tier stacking on military 463L pallets. Opening the case at any altitude is easy because of the standard dual integrated pressure equalization valves that keep moisture out and prevent vacuum lock. The double wide grip handles make lifting the 0550 case easy. The Pelican Case 0550 has an IP55 certification, assuring you that your gear inside will be protected against rain and dirt.
