The 1440 Top-Loader Case from Pelican has smooth rolling, quiet polyurethane wheels and a telescoping handle that offers ease of use and mobility. Optional padded divider and lid organizer solutions help you customize the interior to safely transport anything from laptops to communication gear. The 1440 is equipped with an o-ring that prevents dust and water from coming into the case, and the Gore-Tex® pressure equalization valve prevents “vacuum-lock” so the case opens easily. Watertight, crushproof, and dust proof.

Pelican 1440 case comes standard Empty, w/ Divider Set or with Pelican’s easy to use Pick ‘N Pluck foam. This foam allows you to customize the interior by removing pre-scored cubes of foam to create one or more compartments for your equipment. Simply trace out the item(s) you want in the case and pluck the foam out by hand. You can customize your case simply and easily.

Pelican 1440 Foam Filled cases have interior foam as follows : 6 total pieces of Polyurethane foam layers that include, 4 pieces of Pick n Pluck, that are 3.25" thick, 1 piece 1" thick base pad and one piece 1.75" thick convoluted (egg-crate) foam lid pad.
