Pelican 1490 case is sold empty, or with Pelican’s easy to use Pick ‘N Pluck foam. This foam allows you to customize the interior by removing pre-scored cubes of foam to create one or more compartments for your equipment. Simply trace out the item(s) you want in the case and pluck the foam out by hand. You can customize your case simply and easily.
Pelican 1490 Foam Filled cases have interior foam as follows : 3 total pieces of Polyurethane foam layers that include 1 piece, 2.25" thick Pick 'N' Pluck; 1 piece 3/8" thick solid foam on bottom & 1 piece convoluted foam for the lid.
The 1490 Laptop Computer Case is watertight, dustproof and corrosion proof. It has a slim Briefcase style design and offers total protection for your equipment. It comes standard with a fold down handle, and key locks. This case fits most laptops with up to 13" computer screens. Check your dimensions to be sure. Shoulder strap shown is an option.
