Making A Purchase

To make a purchase, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Midwest Case charges only the standard UPS rate to your shipping Zip code for the UPS service you choose. Large packages that ship as a UPS oversize 3 will be charged a $40.00 surcharge at checkout. You will see a notation as you shop on products that will receive this surcharge.

Please inspect all packages shipped to you and note any damage with the carrier. Our freight terms are FOB our dock. You are responsible for any freight claims.

Delivery Schedule

Products in our store are typically in stock or they can be manufactured in 1-3 business days except for custom cases.

Some manufacturers build cases to order with lead times of 2 to 6 weeks. If you are interested in cases that require longer delivery times, please call us to place your order.

Back Orders

Products in our store are typically in stock or they will be manufactured in 1-3 days. There will be, from time to time, product shortages and back orders will be necessary. Midwest Case will notify you via email before proceeding to backorder any product.

Tax Charges

All orders to be shipped within the state of Ohio will be charged Ohio sales tax. If you are exempt from paying Ohio sales tax, please call to place your order.

Credit Card orders placed on our store are cleared through Authorize.net's secure web pages.

Authorize.net is a leading provider of secure web transactions and you can trust that your sensitive information will be secure.

Midwest Case does not receive your credit card data.

Cases sold by Midwest Case Company are covered by the manufacturers warranty. See manufacturers website for specific warranty information. Products listed on our site as " Lifetime Guaranteed ", are guaranteed by the manufacturer and your warranty is directly with them. We will be happy to provde contact information if the need arises for you to file a claim.

On cases we sell with custom foam, we guarantee that your item(s) will fit in the foamed compartment based on the dimensions you provided. We urge you to double check all dimensions you provide as to assure a proper fit for your equipment.

Midwest Case Company does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

Off the shelf plastic cases may be returned with prior authorization, minus a 15% or $10.00 minumum handling fee, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging. Freight will not be credited and return freight is customer responsibility. No return will be credited if returned without prior authorization.

Cases or foam inserts fabricated to hold your specifc equipment are non-returnable and non-cancellable after manufacturing begins. On cases we sell with custom foam, we guarantee that your item(s) will fit in the foamed compartment based on the dimensions you provided. If your item(s) do not fit because of our error, we will fix the problem at our expense. If the problem was customer responsibility the problem can be corrected at your expense. We urge you to double check all dimensions you provide as to assure a proper fit for your equipment.

Aluminum cases can be returned directly to the factory with prior approval in original box and in like new condition subject to a 15% restocking charge. We do not credit freight and return freight is customer responsibility. No return will be credited if returned without prior authorization.

Custom fabricated cases manufactured or molded to order specifically for your equipment are non-cancelable and non-returnable after start of manufacturing.

Cases with glued in foam are non-returnable.
