Shipping And Handling
Midwest Case charges only the standard UPS rate to your shipping Zip code for the UPS service you choose. Large packages that ship as a UPS oversize 3 will be charged a $55.00 surcharge at checkout. You will see a notation as you shop on products that will receive this surcharge.
In instances where we pay freight, it only includes UPS ground freight. We do not pay freight for truck shipments. Free shipping is for the continental USA only.
Please inspect all packages shipped to you and note any damage with the carrier. Our freight terms are FOB our dock. You are responsible for any freight claims.

Custom manufactured cases have lead times from of 3 to 6 weeks.

We will be happy to provde contact information if the need arises for you to file a claim.
On cases we sell with custom foam, we guarantee that your item(s) will fit in the foamed compartment based on the dimensions you provided. We urge you to double check all dimensions you provide as to assure a proper fit for your equipment.

Off the shelf plastic cases may be returned with prior authorization, minus a 15% or $10.00 minumum handling fee, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging. Freight will not be credited and return freight is customer responsibility. No return will be credited if returned without prior authorization.
Rotationally Molded cases manufactured by Pelican-Hardigg are molded to order and are non-cancelable and non-returnable after order is placed. We urge you to double check all dimensions and make sure the case you order is correct before purchasing.
Cases or foam inserts fabricated to hold your specifc equipment are non-returnable and non-cancellable after manufacturing begins. On cases we sell with custom foam, we guarantee that your item(s) will fit in the foamed compartment based on the dimensions you provided. If your item(s) do not fit because of our error, we will fix the problem at our expense. If the problem was customer responsibility the problem can be corrected at your expense. Aluminum cases can be returned directly to the factory with prior approval in original box and in like new condition subject to a 15% restocking charge. We do not credit freight and return freight is customer responsibility. No return will be credited if returned without prior authorization.
